1. Payments
A non-refundable advance payment of LKR 20,000 is required to confirm the date and time with Endora Wedding Films for all packages. The rest of the full payment needs to be settled one week prior to the event.
The advance payment is non-refundable in any circumstance.

Once the advance payment is made, please send the payment receipt/screenshot to our WhatsApp or email (endoraweddingfilms@gmail.com) along with your name and wedding date. Until we receive the payment acknowledgement, we won't be able to confirm the booking and issue an invoice.
2. Travel & lodging
Travelling & lodging costs are separate additions to the package you selected.
The client shall reimburse any additional costs the team may incur for travel, lodging and any other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services, which will be notified a week before the event date prior to full payment.
Some packages include free travel costs up to 200 km round trip.
3. Time base
Each & every package has a fixed, allocated time limit. Additional charges may be applied if the hourly time limit exceeds.

4. Editing
Endora Wedding Films has a unique and distinctive editing style that cannot be altered during revisions. If you have specific shooting preferences or special requirements, please let us know before the event.
5. The preview copy
The first cut or the "First Edit" will be delivered to the client via a Dropbox or Drive link which can be used to download the video. In case of amendments, the client shall provide the confirmation or a written list of the amendments, from which the final videos will be prepared.
6. Amendments
We recommend you use the 1st cut to take note of all the amendments that need to be made. Kindly note that we will NOT be in a position to make any further changes to your video once the final edit has been approved and delivered. Upon the completion of the final cut/edit, all footage of the function will be removed from our system.
We offer up to 2 revisions for the highlight video and 10 revisions for the full wedding video. Please notify us of any changes within 2 weeks of receiving the first cut, and we will deliver the final edit within 30 days.
In case of more changes or amendments, an additional amount of LKR 5,000 per each revision will be charged.
7. Turn-around time
- Highlight video: delivered within 60 days.
- Full wedding video: delivered within 90 days.
- Walk the Aisle VIP packages: delivered within 30 days.
If revisions are requested, the final edit will take an additional 30 days. If we don't hear from you within 2 months, we'll consider the last edited version as final and delete all footage and project files from our servers.
Please note that our processing times may be delayed due to unavoidable situations in Sri Lanka, and we ask for your understanding in such cases.
8. Delivery
Once all amendments are made and approved, we will send you a Dropbox or Drive link which can be used to download or watch the video.
However, if you want a hard copy, we can arrange a flash drive which will additionally cost LKR 10,000 and will be couriered free of charge to addresses within domestic area limits. Kindly note that additional courier rates apply on shipping overseas.
9. Copyrights
The service provider has the right to use the videos for advertising on social media, in exhibitions, and in the studio. If the client doesn't want to share the videos on social media, that should be notified prior to the event date.
10. Our team
Endora Wedding Films uses team members specified for their designated roles to deliver you a standard wedding film. The number of team members we bring to a function can differ from 3–6 people based on the wedding package you selected. The client is entitled to request a small crew; nevertheless, to deliver you the outlined package output, we suggest you go with the whole crew.
11. Creative rights
Endora Wedding Films is the exclusive cinematographer for this event and has full editorial and content creation rights. The client can request special color grading or editing changes only before the wedding, not after the shoot is completed.
The client must ensure that decorations, seating, or other elements do not block the view of the bride, groom, or other key individuals. We are not responsible for missed shots due to obstructions.
Endora Wedding Films cannot guarantee that video and audio will be free from natural or artificial disruptions at the event location, as we cannot interfere with the ceremony unless absolutely necessary to improve shooting conditions.
The bride, groom, and wedding party must arrive on time for the photo shoot and work with the videographer to capture the desired scenes. This includes posing as directed and identifying important people or moments to be filmed. We are not responsible for missed scenes due to delays from the client's side, such as late bridal preparations or lack of cooperation.
12. In an unlikely situation
In the unlikely event of a total camera failure, contract cancellation by either party, or any other situation, liability is limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party will be responsible for any other losses.
13. Reserve a table
The Endora Wedding Films team requires a separate table at a corner of the reception hall to keep our camera equipment safely. We presume that our team is entitled to have the main meals and that they are near the event area, since it is essential for our team to be near the event to ensure that every shot is covered.
If this is not the case, please notify us in advance, with the condition that our team needs at least half an hour to have the main meal outside the event area, in which case we'll hold no responsibility for any missing shot in the main video in our absence.
It is understood by the parties that Endora Weddings is an independent contractor with respect to the client(s), and not an employee of the client(s).
