This Privacy Policy explains how Endora Wedding Films (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit endoraweddingfilms.com, send us an inquiry, book our services or contact us by WhatsApp or email.
Information we collect
- Inquiry and booking forms: your name, your partner’s name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, wedding date, venue, ceremony type, chosen package and any message you send us.
- Wedding details you share with us: venue, start times, location links, the day’s agenda and similar details we need to film your wedding.
- Invoices and payments: invoice details, payment amounts and the payment receipts you send us. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website.
- Messages: WhatsApp messages and emails you exchange with us, including files you send.
- Your wedding films and photos: the footage we record as part of the service you book.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and send quotations.
- To manage your booking, invoices and payments.
- To plan and film your wedding and to brief our team members who work on it.
- To send you updates about your booking and your films (for example payment reminders, editing progress and download links) by WhatsApp and email.
- To deliver your films online and, where agreed, by post.
- To ask for your feedback or a review after delivery, and to send occasional greetings such as anniversary wishes.
WhatsApp messages
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) to send and receive messages about your inquiry and booking. Your phone number and the messages we exchange are processed by WhatsApp/Meta to deliver them, under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. If you no longer want to receive WhatsApp messages from us, reply STOP or tell us, and we will stop.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:
- Our team members who work on your wedding (only the details they need, such as date, venue and times).
- Service providers we use to run our business: our website and CRM hosting provider, email, WhatsApp/Meta for messaging, and Google (Google Drive for film delivery and Google Calendar for scheduling).
- Postal / courier services, when we post a pen drive to you.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages. To do this, email endoraweddingfilms@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +94 71 822 6666. We will reply as soon as we can. Some records (for example invoices) may need to be kept where the law requires it.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work (for example to remember a form you are filling in). We do not use advertising cookies.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to the people who need it.
