How do we check if our wedding date is free?
Use the date checker on our home page or the calendar on the Reserve Your Date page — dates that are already booked are greyed out. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
How do we book our date?
Pick your date on the Reserve Your Date form and we will call you to confirm the details. A non-refundable advance of LKR 20,000 is required to confirm your wedding date.
How long is a pencil booking held?
Pencil bookings are valid for 7 days only. After this period, the date may be released.
When is the full payment due?
Full payment must be completed 7 days before the event. An e-invoice is issued for every payment received.
Packages & prices
How much does a wedding film cost?
Our wedding collections start from LKR 80,000. Every package, with Full HD and 4K prices, is on our Pricing page, and the package calculator there gives you an estimate in seconds.
What is the difference between Full HD and 4K?
Every package is available in Full HD 1080p or 4K. 4K has four times the resolution of Full HD and costs a little more — both prices are shown on each package.
Can we add extra hours?
Yes. Coverage hours are based on the selected package, and additional hours are charged at: Weddings: LKR 20,000 per hour; Homecoming: LKR 12,000 per hour; Engagement & pre-wedding: LKR 10,000 per hour.
What add-ons do you offer?
Popular add-ons are Normal drone (LKR 25,000), FPV drone (LKR 20,000), Same-day Facebook story reel (LKR 20,000).
Do you film homecomings, pre-wedding and engagement shoots?
Yes — we have separate Homecoming, Pre-Wedding and Engagement packages. See them all on our Pricing page.
Can we change our package later?
Package changes must be requested at least 2 weeks before the event date. Changes requested after this may not be accommodated.
On the day
Do you travel outside your area?
Yes, we film across Sri Lanka. Complimentary transport is provided for up to 200 km total travel distance (up & down); additional travel charges may apply beyond that. Location booking charges are not included in our packages.
Do you film group photos?
We do not include group portraits in the wedding film coverage. Our team focuses on capturing authentic moments, emotions and cinematic storytelling.
What do you need from us on the wedding day?
Please reserve a separate table and suitable space for our team and equipment, away from the band and other entertainment equipment.
Can the DJ use laser lights?
Please ask your DJ and event team to avoid laser lights. Laser lights can damage camera equipment — if they are used, we will have to stop recording until they are switched off.
Your films
How do we receive our films?
Your films are delivered online on your own private film page, where you can watch your highlight and full wedding film and download them. Some packages also include a 32GB flash drive.
How long do you keep the raw footage?
Raw footage is retained for 6 months from the wedding date. If you need us to keep it longer, a storage fee of LKR 10,000 per week applies.
